Deposit: We will ask for 100 € deposit at your arrival. This deposit will be returned to you on your departure if nothing has been damaged or broken, and the apartment has been left in a decent way, as well as vacated on time at 10 AM. Local Tax: A local tax of 2,00 € must be given to the local authorities for each person older than 14 years per night. This will NOT be included in the price of the apartment and must be paid in addition to the rent. This money will be spent for local infrastructures and services as well as organizing of cultural and sporting events. We’re asking you to contribute with 95 € for the final cleaning. We do, however, request that you clean the floors and bathrooms occasionally, tidy up the kitchen and take out the garbage.
